Role Description
At CleanHarbors, this role is crucial for driving the strategic direction of our Oracle SCM Procure to Pay (P2P) applications related initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the business objectives with the technology solutions.The role at Global Capability Center (GCC) is to work with the supply chain business functions to design solutions for bringing efficiencies in the complex operations. Leverage the latest Oracle Cloud features and functionalities to help build and deliver the applications that transcend today's digital world, fundamentally enabling change for the supply chain business functions. Lead the Oracle Cloud SCM applications team members at GCC in delivering projects, enhancements and support engagements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's, degree in Supply Chain processes, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience (8+ years) in SCM solutions implementation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCM Procure to Pay applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle SCM applications and best practices applicable to supply chain operations and reporting aspects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Supply Chain modules is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of supply chain regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
