Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead – Procurement, Inventory, Order Management & Warehouse Management

Experience: 8–15 Years

Location: Onsite Travel to UAE (Abu Dhabi) for 3 Months (Onsite & Offshore Model)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The role will bridge business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM modules across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Order Management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Order Management modules
  • Analyze current-state SCM processes and design optimized future-state solutions
  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion SCM modules aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, and functional documentation
  • Collaborate with IT teams, system integrators, and vendors to support integrations with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems
  • Define SCM KPIs and develop dashboards and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility
  • Drive change management, user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives
  • Support UAT, data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams across onsite and offshore delivery models

Required Skills

  • 8–15 years of experience in Oracle SCM applications with strong Oracle Fusion SCM expertise
  • Hands-on experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Warehouse Management modules
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
  • Experience with SCM integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models

Good To Have

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Certification
  • Experience in large-scale Supply Chain transformation programs
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution processes
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and SCM reporting solutions
  • Exposure to UAE/GCC business environments and regulatory requirements

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

  • Has never worked directly with clients
  • Is not willing to travel onsite to UAE when required
  • Lacks hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience
  • Is not comfortable leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder discussions
