Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (minimum three), including discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), cutover, and hyper care.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, analyze existing processes, and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM best practices.
  • Configure and optimize modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and PDH.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BRDs, solution design documents, test scripts, and user/training guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting (OIC, FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher).
  • Support CRP/UAT sessions, manage defect triage, and ensure smooth postgo-live stabilization.
  • Present proposed solutions to customers, contribute to proposals, and assist in pre-sales engagements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality in alignment with Oracle methodologies and leading practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 510 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, or Manufacturing (PDH experience is a plus).
  • Proven customer-facing experience with excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postgo-live support.
  • Experience working within global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
