Oracle Fusion RMCS Consultant - Immediate Joiner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced fusion RMCS consultant/lead to join our Oracle fusion finance team.

Location: India based (Any location)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 8-10 Years

Education - CA/CMA/Finance MBA

Notice Period - Within Immediate to 20 days

Key Responsibilities

• Implement solutions in the area Oracle Fusion RMCS modules along with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA)
• Agentic AI Exposure
• P2P process knowledge
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practices
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cycles
• Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issues
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customisations
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and user manuals
• Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion RMCS implementation
• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations (At least 2-3 in RMCS and GL)
• Hands-on expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA
• Good understanding of accounting principles, P2P and financial processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• CA/CMA/Finance MBA
• Oracle Fusion Financials certifications
