Serve as first-line support for all PTM module users covering manufacturing execution, inventory management, and quality management queries. inventory management is must

• Handle common PTM incidents: BOM lookup errors, production order queries, inventory discrepancies, and lot-traceability report failures

• Complete Cook-specific ISO 13485 quality awareness training before accessing live PTM production data (regulatory requirement)

• Escalate quality-impacting PTM incidents immediately to T2-03 PTM Tier 2 Specialist with full incident documentation

• Log all PTM incidents in ServiceNow with correct quality-impact flag for regulatory audit trail compliance

• Work in rotating shifts to maintain 24x7 PTM module coverage aligned to Cook's manufacturing operations calendar

NICE TO HAVE / VALUE-ADD:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain ERP support (Oracle SCM, SAP PP/MM, or equivalent)

• Understanding of medical device lot traceability requirements and FDA device history record (DHR) concepts
