Oracle Fusion Project Manager (ERP, Financial, Procurement)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and upgrade projects.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.

Manage project budgets and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.

Oracle Fusion Functional Leadership

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Design Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with business processes.

Coordinate configuration of Oracle Fusion modules such as:

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

Oracle Fusion Project Management

Oracle Fusion Financials

Oracle Fusion Procurement

Ensure successful system integration and data migration activities.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, and management.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and status meetings.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.

Testing & Deployment

Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

Coordinate deployment and go-live activities.

Ensure post-production support and stabilization.

Team Leadership

Lead functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts.

Mentor project team members and promote best practices.

Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5–12+ years of ERP implementation experience.

3–8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Preferred Skills

Oracle Fusion PPM expertise.

Knowledge of financial and project accounting processes.

Experience with:

Data migration

Integration tools

Reporting and analytics

Change management

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP)

PRINCE2

Agile/Scrum certifications
