Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion PPM Solution Functional Leads and Consultants with a solid engineering or MBA background and 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with implementation experience of end to end business processes with strong industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end application knowledge and a proven track record in driving successful implementation & support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion PPM implementation projects
• Provide end-to-end application expertise, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of Fusion Projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive project management solutions.
• Drive project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Leverage your strong engineering or MBA background to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions.
• Utilize your experience in eBS Projects to enhance implementation processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on implementation & support experience with Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
• Candidate with Oracle Financials process experience and knowledge will have added advantage
• Strong engineering or MBA background.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of at least 3 to 4 Fusion Projects.
• Extensive end-to-end application knowledge in project portfolio management.
• Experience with eBS Projects is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive global project initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
