Position: Oracle Fusion PDH Technical Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years

Role Summary
Deliver the PDH configuration, data conversion, and PDH setups for data integrations for the item master. Work with the OIC consultant, MDM Governance Office, Data Stewards, and downstream system owners.
Key Responsibilities
PDH Configuration
- Configure Item Classes (FG/RM), hierarchy, and Operating Unit/item org structure
- Set up attribute groups, EFFs, value sets, and lookups for item classes
- Build item templates, default values, and validation rules, catalogs, and categories
- Configure item lifecycle, statuses, and create/change/extend workflows with BPM approvals
- Configure item numbering per the standards
Data Conversion
- Build conversion routines and load FBDI templates for FG and RM
- Map source-to-PDH attributes with Data Stewards
- Run iterative DEV/TEST/UAT load cycles, reconcile, and resolve errors
- Support Steward UAT signoff, cutover, and production load
Integration & Extraction
- Build outbound item extracts from PDH to Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle EBS R12, and Oracle Data Warehouse (OAC reporting)
- Configure PDH publication / spoke-system setup and batch publication
- Expose item data via REST/SOAP and BI Publisher / OTBI as needed
- Partner with the OIC consultant on inbound SolidWorks-to-PDH import — mapping, error handling, reconciliation
Quality, Documentation & Support
- Document configuration (BR100s), conversion mappings, and integration specs
- Configure data quality validation and exception handling
- Manage config migrations and environment refreshes
- Provide SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare
- Define item security/roles; hand over to the MDM IT BA / support team
Required Skills
- Hands-on PDH configuration (item classes, EFFs, templates, rules, catalogs, lifecycle, change orders, approvals)
- Strong Oracle SCM / Product Hub data model knowledge
- Data conversion via FBDI
- Integration via REST/SOAP, BI Publisher / OTBI, and PDH publication / spoke setup
- UAT, cutover, and hypercare experience in an ERP/MDM environment
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud, EBS R12, and OAC / data warehouse integration
- Familiarity with OIC patterns to collaborate with the OIC consultant
- CAD/PLM (e.g., SolidWorks) integration into PDH
- Multi-site, multi-BU manufacturing experience
- MDM governance/data stewardship exposure
