Qualifications:
- Exp : 6 - 10 Years
- With min 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM(Payroll module) Technologies tools like BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Dashboards and data migrations using HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.
- Expertise in analysis, design and development of Interactive Dashboards, and Ad-hoc Analysis using Oracle Business Intelligence suite of products.
- Hands on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence modules is must Payroll Core HR Absence.
- Possess excellent Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
