Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

Remote / Shift : EST/MST hours

The Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations in Oracle Payroll applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US and Canada payroll legislative rules and processes and will implement and personalize Oracle Payroll solutions to meet business needs.

This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle HCM modules across different functional areas, ensuring payroll compliance for both US and Canadian payroll legislations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Implementation, with experience supporting US and/or Canada Payroll.
• Strong understanding of US payroll taxation, W-2 reporting, and state/local payroll rules, along with Canadian payroll legislation including CRA requirements and statutory deductions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on client delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
