Job Summary
SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Consultant for designing and overseeing support and implementation of Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order Management, Shipping and AR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
- Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
- Train end-users on new processes and systems.
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Assist functional teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support.
- Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users.
- Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption.
- Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Requirements (Education Must Be Included)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the Order to Cash process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
- Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Desired Characteristics & Attributes
- Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) vendor management
- Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
