Must Have:

1. Oracle Fusion HCM
2. OIC
3. Fast Formula
4. OTBI

• Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration. Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL),Page Personalization/Customization, OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher).
• Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures.
• Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.
• Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience in HDL templates in Oracle.
• Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
• Good understanding of the functional flow – HCM Projects.
• Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition.
• Collaborate effectively with others.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
• Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
