Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance enterprise applications built on Oracle ADF, SOA Suite, PL/SQL, and WebLogic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges.
• Analyze existing legacy architecture and collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategies toward RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and develop scalable, secure APIs using modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Review, refactor, and optimize existing code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Document technical designs, workflows, architectural decisions, and migration plans.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and coding standards across applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools within approved frameworks to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
