We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing solutions and a strong understanding of discrete or process manufacturing processes. Core Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration; Implement and configure Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing Module, including manufacturing org setup, parameters, BOMs, routings, work definitions, and production schedules. Business Process Analysis & System Customization: Assess client manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and deliver tailored solutions by configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including reports, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs. Integration, Testing & Validation: Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module with ERP, PLM, and MES systems, ensuring smooth data flow. Develop test plans, perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate the solution for accuracy and reliability. User Training & Support: Deliver end-user training and workshops on Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, create user guides, and provide ongoing support to resolve issues and assist users effectively. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and standards in Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the system to improve overall supply chain efficiency and performance.
Skills and Expertise
• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes in Discrete or Process industries.
• Hands-on experience with BOMs, Work Orders, Routings, Work Definitions, and Resources.
• Familiarity with integration across Inventory, Costing, Procurement, Planning, and Quality modules.
• Practical experience with FBDI/ADFDi for data uploads.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and client interaction skills.
