- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related Supply Chain Management modules

- Functional & technical support (L1, L2, L3)
- Root cause analysis, bug fixing, and Oracle SR coordination
- Development of new reports, configurations, change management, and functional extensions
- Support new entities for fusion rollouts. Preparing the data template to migrate the data in case of any rollouts.
- Mapping the data from legacy systems to Fusion in case of any rollouts with super user training
- Daily monitoring of batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled tasks.
- Regression and quarterly Oracle update testing
- Preparation of TCMs, test scripts, and user manuals
- Configuration validation & master data checks
- Month-end and production cycle closure support
- Coordination with IT/business teams
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Sunday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM (KSA Time),
