Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle Fusion integrations and extensions across Finance and SCM
Own end-to-end technical solutions for high-volume business flows (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Costing)
Define and enforce integration, error-handling, and reconciliation standards
Ensure platform stability and performance, especially during peak and close cycles
Act as the technical escalation point for critical production issues and root-cause analysis
Lead the technical objectives for project implementations
Define training needs within team
Identify businessProject risk and mitigatecommunicate where necessary
Ensures SOX Compliance is met
Skills, Tools & Experience
Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion technical stack (BIP, OTBI, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, ESS jobs)
Strong expertise in integrations and middleware (OIC, OCI services, event-based and batch patterns)
Advanced SQL / PL-SQL skills and strong ERP data model knowledge
Experience designing for high-volume, high-availability ERP environments
8–12+ years of ERP technical experience, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products
Detail-oriented with exceptional project implementation, process optimisations and technical skills
Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communications skills
Exceptional ability to prioritise, respond quickly, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a methodical and effective manner
Exceptional ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment co-operating across multiple functions
Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
