Experience: 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM testing.
Testing Knowledge: Strong understanding of test methodologies, test case design, and execution.
HCM Modules: Hands-on experience in testing Core HR, SS other HCM modules.
Defect Tracking: Proficiency in tools like JIRA
SQL & Data Validation: Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation in Oracle databases.
Integration Testing: Experience testing integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments.
Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
