Job Description:
- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead with strong experience in global Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support
- Expertise in Oracle HCM technical components, integrations, reporting, conversions, and extensions
- Ability to lead offshore technical teams and coordinate with onsite stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration frameworks and HCM technical architecture
Core Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development activities for Oracle Fusion HCM projects
- Develop and support HCM integrations, reports, conversions, and custom extensions
- Design inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OIC, and FBDI
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL loads, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards
- Build and support Payroll Interfaces and enterprise-wide integrations
- Work with functional consultants and business users to gather technical requirements
- Perform technical impact analysis and production issue troubleshooting
- Optimize performance of integrations, reports, and data loads
- Support SIT, UAT, mock runs, deployment, and go-live activities
- Manage defect resolution and hypercare support
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD), migration plans, and deployment documentation
- Configure and troubleshoot HCM security and role-based access
- Collaborate with Oracle FIN and SCM teams for cross-functional integrations
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud implementation standards and coding best practices
- Lead offshore-onsite coordination and technical delivery activities
