About the Role
We are hiring for our client for the role of Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on integrations, reporting, data migration, and system customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the HCM technical stack and the ability to work closely with functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Development
- Develop and customize solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas and support functional configurations
- Work on HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL
- Build integrations using SOAP & REST APIs
- Handle file-based data import/export (FBDI)
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems
Data Migration & Conversion
- Perform data migration using HDL/HSDL and spreadsheet loaders
- Validate and reconcile migrated data
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and customize BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
- Enhance standard reports based on business requirements
Security & Extensions
- Work on role-based access control (RBAC) and data security policies
- Develop extensions using Page Composer and Visual Builder
Support & Maintenance
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues
- Perform impact analysis for patches and upgrades
- Collaborate with functional teams for issue resolution
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts
- Hands-on experience with HDL / HSDL
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Experience in integration development and data migration
Good to Have
- Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, ORC (Recruitment)
- Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations
- Oracle Cloud certifications
Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Fusion HCM Technical
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations
- Candidates available within 0–15 days preferred (up to 30 days for strong profiles)
- Preference for Bangalore-based or ready-to-relocate candidates
- Strong alignment with the requirement
