Job Title Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Location Bangalore
Experience 5+ Years
Skills Fusion HCM Cloud (Major in Technical)
Job Description Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience.
General
Minimum 5+ year of Techno Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
Knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (at least 2) Global HR / Compensation / Benefits / Absence / Payroll
Should have technical exposure in Fast formula, OBI, HDL
Willingness to learn new products and processes.
Functional Competencies
Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion Comp module - includes Configuration, Setups & fast formulas.
Functional knowledge on other HCM modules is highly preferred.
Experience in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.
Technical Competencies
Good knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas
Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow
Working experience in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columns

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E)
