We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant or Lead with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in either Fast Formula development or HCM Data Migration, along with technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Core HR
• Perform HCM Data Migration using HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, or other Oracle migration tools.
• Develop and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong expertise in Fast FormulaorHCM Data Migration (HDL/HSDL).
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle reporting tools.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
