Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and environment migrations
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates
- Design and support HCM Extracts for integrations, payroll processing, and reporting requirements
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations related to payroll, time, and absence management
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery
- Provide technical documentation, support deployments, and manage migration across environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance
Experience Required:
- 6 - 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical consulting
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) reporting and template development
- Experience in HCM Extracts and integration frameworks
- Good understanding of data migration, SQL, and reporting tools
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
