Job Description

Key Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, Integrations, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, SQL, Data Migration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and environment migrations
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates
  • Design and support HCM Extracts for integrations, payroll processing, and reporting requirements
  • Manage inbound and outbound integrations related to payroll, time, and absence management
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery
  • Provide technical documentation, support deployments, and manage migration across environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance

Experience Required:

  • 6 - 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical consulting
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
  • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) reporting and template development
  • Experience in HCM Extracts and integration frameworks
  • Good understanding of data migration, SQL, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
