Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. The role is based in Bengaluru South, with the flexibility to work from home on specified days. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant, responsibilities include providing technical expertise to implement, customize, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions, creating technical designs based on business requirements, developing integration solutions, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Require 6 + years in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components, including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, and OTBI reports
• Experience with data conversion, integration tools, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong programming and scripting skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Java
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in implementation, post-implementation support, and upgrades for Oracle HCM solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM are advantageous
