Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant C2H

Experience: 512 Years

Shift:US Shift (must be available to work till 3:30 AM IST)

Job Locations: Ahmedabad / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Trichy / Noida

Budget: 1.50L to 1.85L per month (depending on experience range)

Mode:Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with end-to-end expertise across multiple HCM Cloud modules. The consultant will participate in requirement gatherings, solution design, configuration, testing, production support, and client-facing activities for US region HCM implementations.

Candidates must have strong functional knowledge in Core HR and must also be experienced in one or more US-specific HCM modules such as US Payroll, OTL, Benefits, ORC, Talent, Absence, Compensation, etc.

This is a business-critical C2H role requiring excellent communication skills, domain depth, and flexibility to work in US shift timings.

  • US Payroll: 4 positions

  • US Benefits: 4 positions

  • US Payroll + OTL: 2 positions

  • Core HR + Talent + Benefits + ORC + Compensation: 3 positions

Mandatory Modules (Across All Positions)

Core HR

At least one major US HCM module (US Payroll / Benefits / OTL / ORC / Talent / Absence / Compensation)

Must be a Functional or Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

No HCM Technical-Only profiles accepted

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional implementation across assigned HCM Cloud modules.

  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose functional solutions.

  • Perform configuration of module components, rules, lookups, validations, and integrations.

  • Work on data migration (HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI) during implementation phases.

  • Manage setup migration from non-production to production environments.

  • Support SIT, UAT, PGLS, quarterly patch testing and regression activities.

  • Provide client-facing support and handle stakeholder communications.

  • Manage multiple tasks, parallel tracks, and time-sensitive deliverables efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones (especially US).

  • Comfortable travelling when required for client meetings.

  • Work flexibly according to US time-zone scheduling.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 to 12 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience.

  • Strong functional understanding of at least 2 or more of the following modules:

    • US Payroll

    • US Benefits

    • OTL (Time & Labor)

    • Core HR

    • ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

    • Talent Management

    • Absence Management

    • Compensation

  • Experience with implementation projects, not only support.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Configuration

    • Testing

    • Functional documentation

    • Data migration

    • Setup migration

    • BRDs / MD50s / Test scenarios

  • Ability to handle client interactions with clear communication.

  • Must be willing to work in US Shift (till 3:30 AM IST).

Nice to Have
  • Experience with US-specific payroll compliances, taxes, garnishments (for Payroll roles)

  • Experience with ACA, COBRA, 401k, Life Events (for Benefits roles)

  • Multi-module experience across Talent, Compensation, ORC

  • Experience working with clients in US Region

  • Understanding of cross-module dependencies in HCM Cloud
