As an Expert Principal Consultant/Analyst with Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you will be responsible for delivering strategic consulting, advanced solution design, and post-sales support for global clients leveraging Oracle Fusion Talent Management. You'll act as a senior advisor and architect for Goals & Performance and Succession Planning processes, foster adoption of Redwood UX and embedded AI features, and represent Oracle with customer stakeholders. The role also encompasses mentoring internal teams, driving escalations, and setting functional and technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management, with deep expertise in Goals & Performance and Succession Planning modules.
Lead resolution of complex functional and technical issues (L2/L3), architect business process optimization, and support large-scale implementations and transformations.
Champion the adoption of new module capabilities, including Redwood UX and embedded AI, and leverage Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio for configuration and automation.
Advise customers on talent strategies, change management, and digital transformation leveraging Talent Management modules.
Mentor and coach Oracle and client teams on Talent Management best practices, process excellence, and the latest AI-driven HCM features.
Oversee multiple high-value project engagements, ensuring efficient, secure, and high-quality delivery.
Prepare and present project governance updates and strategic recommendations to client and Oracle stakeholders.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and upskilling in AI and Oracle Cloud technologies within the team.
Role Requirements:
8 to 12 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specializing in Talent Management modules (Goals & Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning).
Proven experience leading large-scale global implementations and providing expert-level support for Goals & Performance and Succession Planning processes.
Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to influence senior/executive stakeholders on best practices, solution architecture, and process transformation.
In-depth experience enabling customers to adopt embedded AI within Oracle Fusion Talent Management, including proficiency in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio (certification preferred).
Oracle Certification in Talent Management or related modules.
Familiarity with Redwood user experience (UX) and keeping abreast of Oracle's Talent Management innovation roadmap.
Advanced technical proficiency in relevant tools such as SQL, Fast Formula, reporting, data migration, and module integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication demonstrated authority in client presentations and executive-level reporting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Experience working with Oracle Product Management, global consulting, and support teams.
Flexibility to support a global client base, including shift work or travel as needed.
Desirable:
Exposure to additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g. Learning, Compensation, Core HR, Security).
Experience with global, multi-country HCM deployments.
