Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
- Manage payroll processing, deductions, earnings, balances, and costing.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas.
- Handle payroll testing, UAT, defect fixes, and production support.
- Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
- Ensure payroll compliance and successful project delivery.
Preferred Experience: Implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS/support projects in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
