Oracle Fusion HCM functional

· Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)

· Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.

· Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.

· Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)

· HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
