Role: Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bangalore ONLY (Jayanagar)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Availability: 30 days

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Solution Architect with strong expertise in Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and delivery for Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations.
Configure Core HR, Absence plans/accruals, and Talent processes - Goals and Performance, Career and Succession.
Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports (OTBI), HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
Act as the primary functional contact for clients and internal teams.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure best‑practice solution delivery and Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements.

Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Good understanding of HCM functional architecture and business processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management & Reporting Skills.
Experience of working closely with the customer business users/IT teams.
