Oracle fusion HCM functional

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and be responsible for implementing and supporting HCM modules to enhance HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and support end-user training.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in HCM Cloud implementation and support.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
