Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of HR processes, solution design, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor modules.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support business rules.
• Prepare functional documentation in line with AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Minimum 4 full-cycle implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Fusion Time and Labor module.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of AIM/OUM methodologies.
