  • Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
  • Location: Noida or Bangalore, India (Onsite)
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead and support enterprise-level Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct training and change-management activities to support user adoption.
  • Continuously assess and improve implementation processes and system performance.

Data, Reporting & Release Management

  • Lead data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Own testing strategies including SIT and UAT, defect triage, and regression testing.
  • Support readiness and enablement activities for quarterly Oracle updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and HR business processes.
  • Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an advantage.
