Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to drive
HR transformation initiatives, recruitment strategy, and payroll compliance programs.This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM along with hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, HDL, and VBS
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with business workforce requirements
- Develop short-term and long-term hiring strategies to support organizational growth
- Manage payroll processes and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
- Generate recruitment and HR reports and analyze hiring metrics
- Support HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Represent the organization at job fairs and external hiring events
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align HR programs with company objectives
Required Skills
- 310 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, HDL, and VBS
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS systems and MS Office tools
- Good understanding of employment laws and payroll compliance
- Experience in payroll processing, audits, and internal controls
- Strong skills in recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Experience in HR data analysis and reporting
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, MBA preferred
