OSI Digital is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to drive HR transformation initiatives, recruitment strategy, and payroll compliance programs.This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM along with hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, HDL, and VBS
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with business workforce requirements
Develop short-term and long-term hiring strategies to support organizational growth
Manage payroll processes and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
Generate recruitment and HR reports and analyze hiring metrics
Support HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
Represent the organization at job fairs and external hiring events
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align HR programs with company objectives
Required Skills
3–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, HDL, and VBS
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
Hands-on exposure to HRMS systems and MS Office tools
Good understanding of employment laws and payroll compliance
Experience in payroll processing, audits, and internal controls
Strong skills in recruitment strategy and workforce planning
Experience in HR data analysis and reporting
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, MBA preferred
