Job Description
Job Summary:
- 3-12 years experience working in Oracle HCM Modules, Completed at least 2 to 5 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
- Advanced HCM Modules (Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management)
- Proficiency in configuring various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Nice to Have-Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
