About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules while ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
- Manage integrations and ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Work on implementation and support activities
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Technical Development
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts
- Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios
- Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM)
- Integrations & Interfaces
- Develop and support integrations using:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Middleware
- Handle inbound/outbound interfaces between:
- Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banking, etc.)
- Manage data transformation and mapping .
