Job Description

We are looking for 4+ years experienced Oracle HCM Consultant, who isresponsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions.This role involves understanding client business needs, translating them into system configurations, and ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing operation of Oracle HCM modules.

Work mode: Remote initially, must be ready to move onsite after joining (Dubai/Nigeria)- Long term project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand their HR processes and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle HCM.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configuring Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management) to align with client needs.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving functional problems within the Oracle HCM system.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM features, updates, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Working with both functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have 4+ years of experience as a Consultant in Oracle HCM with at least 2 full implementations experience as a functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll Management,Absence Management) with Reporting and Data migration experience within the implementation & Support projects.
  • Strong Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM modules and their functionalities.
  • Configuration Skills: Ability to configure and customize Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Fast Formula: Experience using Fast Formulas to create custom logic within Oracle HCM is often required.
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting Tools: Knowledge of BI Publisher or other Oracle reporting tools is helpful for creating custom reports.
