Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical components for various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
Develop and maintain robust integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems, utilizing tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other relevant integration technologies.
Create, test, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for critical HR functionalities like payroll, benefits, and absence management.
Build and manage comprehensive reports using BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and HCM Extracts.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
