Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – Procurement, Inventory & Order Management

Experience: 6–10 Years

Job Location: India

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules. The role involves supporting Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, business process transformation, system configuration, testing, and user support activities across supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management
  • Work on Purchasing Cloud, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Inventory Management modules
  • Understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain business processes
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops and document functional requirements
  • Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements and design specifications
  • Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios and scripts
  • Support defect tracking, issue resolution, and system validation activities
  • Participate in data migration, mapping, validation, and FBDI-based data load activities
  • Prepare functional documents, process flows, training materials, and user manuals
  • Provide end-user support during testing and post-go-live phases
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM product releases and best practices

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Functional consulting
  • Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules
  • Experience in Purchasing Cloud, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience in Oracle SCM configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI templates and data migration activities
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams

Good To Have

  • Exposure to Logistics and Warehouse Management processes
  • Experience working in Agile project environments
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud release management and enhancements
