Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional

JD :

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes and hands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Support SIT, UAT, CRP, and production deployments.
  • Coordinate with technical, integration, reporting, and security teams.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Required Functional Expertise

Strong experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules:

  • Procurement
  • Self Service Procurement
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier Qualification
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Information Management (PIM)


Required Skill

  • sMinimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience
  • .Strong understanding of SCM business processes
  • .Experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
  • .Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Projects, and third-party systems
  • .Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Reports, and BPM workflows
  • .Understanding of data migration and conversion strategies
  • .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • .Experience working in Agile and waterfall project methodologies
