Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Chennai / Remote
Engagement Mode: Full Time
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
About the role: Lead functional role on Oracle Fusion Financials covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and related sub modules, driving design, configuration, support and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM (plus Collections/Expenses/Tax if in scope).
- Map finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, asset accounting, cash management) to Fusion capabilities and recommend best practices.
- Own CRPs, UAT support, cutover activities and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Work with technical teams on data migration (FBDI), integrations and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
Skills And Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and at least 2–3 end‑to‑end implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and core finance processes.
