Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant
Experience Range: 8-10 Years
Location: Pan India
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
Primary Skills
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud · 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications.
- Strong knowledge of at least one functional area: Financials, HCM, SCM, or Procurement.For technical roles: Experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and PaaS.
- Proven experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more functional areas (such as Financials, SCM, HCM) and/or technical areas (such as PaaS extensions, integrations, and reporting).
- This role involves working with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle Fusion solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Oracle Fusion module implementations (Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and configure applications accordingly.
- Provide day-to-day support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Oracle Fusion modules.
- Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for custom solutions.
- Support UAT, SIT, and end-user training sessions.
