Position: Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Solution Architect with 10+ years of hands-on expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financial solutions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders, driving digital transformation across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementations
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and prepare functional/technical specification documents
- Oversee configuration, customization, and testing of Oracle Financials modules
- Guide and mentor functional/technical consultants throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and other Oracle modules (SCM, HCM, Projects)
- Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, RFP responses, and effort estimation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and data security standards
- Provide post-go-live support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation and solution architecture
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBS R12
- Strong knowledge of core Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Tax
- Proven experience leading full-cycle Oracle implementations as a Solution Architect.
- Solid understanding of financial processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Experience with OTBI, FBDI, Smart View, and Oracle Reporting Tools
- Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle Certification (OCA / OCP / Oracle Cloud Financials Certified) preferred
