Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should have 7–9 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations in a functional consulting role and be capable of delivering end-to-end functional solutions for complex customer engagements. The consultant should be able to work independently, understand business requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials functional solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business needs.
- Deliver high-quality functional deliverables independently during customer engagements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Provide functional support during implementation, upgrades, and post-production stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and industry best practices.

Experience
- 7–9 years of overall experience in Oracle Financials implementation projects in a functional consulting role.
- Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Ability to independently manage functional deliverables and client interactions.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience working in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
