Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Employment Type: Full Time

About the role:
We Are Seeking An Experienced oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to Join Our Team. The Successful Candidate Will Lead And Support The Implementation, Optimization, And Management Of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Driving Technology-Enabled Finance Transformation For Our Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, And Post-Go-Live Support For Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (FAH, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
  • Analyze Business Processes, Identify Gaps, And Propose Effective Solutions Leveraging Oracle Fusion Functionalities.
  • Configure And Optimize Finance Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax).
  • Prepare Functional Documentation (Brd, Md50, Test Cases, Training Guides), Define End-To-End Business Processes, And Map Them To Oracle Best Practices.
  • Provide Hands-On Support For Issue Resolution, Process Improvement, System Enhancement, And User Queries.
  • Work Closely With Technical Teams To Deliver Customizations, Reports, Data Migration And Interface Requirements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (Uat), Training Sessions, And Knowledge Transfer To Business Users And Stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance With Sox/Itgc Controls, Data Security Policies, And Internal Audit Standards.
  • Stay Up To Date With Oracle Fusion Quarterly Updates, New Features, And Industry Best Practices To Recommend Process Optimization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience As A Functional Consultant With Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Hands-On Experience Configuring And Supporting Modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, And Tax.
  • In-Depth Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Processes, Reporting, Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End Closing, And Regulatory Compliance.
  • Proven Ability To Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, And Deliver High-Quality Functional Documentation.
  • Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting, And Communication Skills.
  • Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience Integrating Fusion Finance With Other Fusion Modules (Procurement, Projects, SCM) And Third-Party Systems.
  • Familiarity With Oracle Financial Reporting Tools (Otbi, Frs), Bi Publisher, And Data Migration (Fbdi, Adfdi).
  • Exposure Localization, Tax Configurations, And Multi-Currency/Multi-Entity Environments.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification Is An Advantage. Experience With Agile Or Waterfall Project Delivery Methodologies.
