Key Skills & Competencies

• Atleast 17 years Experience of leading and overseeing successful outcomes and driving delivery in (Banking/ Insurance/Healthcare/Education)
• 8+ years in application modernization and digital transformation, specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
• Proven track record in managing large, intricate delivery teams and adept at stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Oracle OUM or True Cloud methodologies, having led a minimum of 3 Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Implementations.
• Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams and effective stakeholder management within multi-pillar multi-department engagements
• Exprience in CMMI/ISO process, should be strong process person, should be ready for shorterm/long term travel need arises
• Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound comprehension of project challenges, particularly in a multi-pillar multi-department environment.

Key Responsibilities

A. Delivery Management

Establish and oversee delivery structures that align with scope, budget, risks, and staffing plans.

Drive project execution in accordance with approved charters, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and effort.

Monitor delivery KPIs across all projects and proactively resolve risks or delivery gaps.

Ensure clean execution practices including revenue realization, team utilization, and accurate project allocations.

Mentor and develop project managers and team leads to elevate delivery performance.

B. Client Relationship Management

Act as the delivery anchor for key client accounts, building trust and ensuring alignment to evolving priorities.

Conduct regular customer interactions to gather feedback, identify issues early, and enhance value delivery.

Collaborate with Account Managers on QBRs and strategic growth planning within accounts.

Identify and cultivate champions within client organizations to grow mindshare and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
