We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials and related ERP modules. The role involves working directly with business users, analyzing requirements, resolving production issues, supporting implementations or enhancements, and contributing to project documentation and testing activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a support model, managing multiple assignments independently, and engaging with customers as a functional expert
- Work directly with business users as an Oracle Cloud ERP functional expert to understand requirements, issues, and business priorities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend functional solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle Fusion ERP modules in a support environment.
- Prepare and contribute to project documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules and write functional configuration documents.
- Create, review, and execute test scenarios across SIT, UAT, and other test environments.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams, especially in large customer environments involving complex integrations.
- Explain business requirements and functional designs to project team members, stakeholders, and customer teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and related modules, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Fixed Assets
- Cloud PPM Suite, including PFM and PEM
- Expenses
- Financial Accounting Hub
- Revenue Management Cloud Service

- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Fusion Redwood theme.

- Positive attitude and strong learning capability to pick up additional Oracle Fusion modules as required.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Redwood migration.
- Awareness of Redwood methodologies and ability to assess project readiness for Redwood adoption.
- Understanding of VBS/VBCS and how it works within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers involving integrations.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing customer or project needs.
