Job Description

  • Engage with business partners to gather requirements and translate functional needs into comprehensive technical and functional specifications for Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating errors, troubleshooting, and resolving complex and critical cases.
  • Provide functional-level customer service and drive incidents to complete resolution with accountability and ownership.
  • Interact directly with customers, manage communications effectively, and ensure timely follow-up on all assignments.
  • Collaborate with management teams to direct and resolve critical customer situations.
  • Contribute to knowledge gain and sharing within the team by developing and delivering structured training sessions.
  • Create and review knowledge base articles to document solutions and best practices.
  • Stay current with Oracle SCM advancements, recommending process improvements and implementation of best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture through active participation and knowledge sharing.
