Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Q2C Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, with hands-on experience in Subscription Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Pricing, and Product Information Management (PIM).
The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud applications, supporting implementations and enhancements, conducting testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. Exposure to Oracle Cloud reporting, integrations, and data migration tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud Implementation & Enhancements
- Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Subscription Management
- Advanced Collections
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Pricing
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Configuration & Solution Design
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Support integration and process alignment across Oracle Cloud applications.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
- Execute functional testing, support UAT activities, and manage defect resolution.
User Training & Production Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Reporting, Data Migration & Integrations
- Collaborate with technical teams for:
- Data migration using FBDI and ADFDI
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- Basic integration requirements and validation
Quarterly Updates & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Assess and recommend adoption of new features and enhancements.

Functional Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in the following Oracle Fusion Cloud modules:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Advanced Collections (AC)
- Subscription Management
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Pricing
- Customer Master Data Management
Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Experience across requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project.
