Role Overview
Stratagem is seeking an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect / Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with strong experience in Oracle Cloud technologies who can design, implement, and manage enterprise integrations across diverse systems. Someone with hands-on expertise in OIC integrations involving SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong experience integrating OIC with SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Skilled in connection adapters, orchestrations, mappings, lookups, and error handling within OIC.
- Solid grasp of XML/JSON transformations, XSLT, and API security (OAuth, API keys).
- Hands-on with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM integrations; exposure to Visual Builder, Process Cloud Service, and API Gateway is a plus.
- Lead end-to-end OIC solution design, development, and deployment following best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration patterns.
- Provide Architecture & Governance
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document integration processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Cloud & Middleware Expertise: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of OIC integrations within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps automation for integration deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Integration Cloud Professional or related Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications in Oracle Cloud are a plus.
