About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Analyst with strong expertise in Finance modules to support migration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
This role involves close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, Business Analysts, QA teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, system stability, and successful migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP. The candidate will also play a key role in testing cycles, quarterly patch releases, and issue resolution while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion ERP & Functional Delivery
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance configurations.
- Validate system setups and customizations across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management modules.
- Support Oracle EBS to Fusion migration, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
- Work with Oracle SRs to resolve system issues and manage production incidents.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in UAT cycles, validate outputs, and ensure business sign-off.
- Support test execution, defect tracking, and resolution coordination.
- Perform risk-based testing and defect triage during enhancements and releases.
- Assist in quarterly patch planning and regression testing activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to align business and system processes.
- Act as a liaison between onsite and offshore teams for smooth communication and execution.
- Manage daily testing activities, project tracking, and status reporting.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document functional requirements, configurations, and test scenarios.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, especially Finance modules.
- Experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture and modules (Finance & SCM)
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and basic Java knowledge
- Experience with reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Fast Formulas
- Understanding of API integrations and middleware (OIC/SOA)
QA & Tools Expertise
- Experience with test automation tools like OpKey, Tosca, or similar
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
- Experience in regression testing, UAT, and patch testing
